Eastchester is situated in southern Westchester, and it offers more affordable housing with a diverse population. There are two villages within the town: Bronxville and Tuckahoe.
If Metro North is your preferred method of transportation into NYC, you have a few choices: Crestwood, Tuckahoe, and Bronxville stations. Many folks prefer to take the trains from Crestwood because during rush hour many of the trains run express to NYC, making for a speedy commute. Even the trains from Tuckahoe, and Bronxville aren’t much longer. So depending on where you live in Eastchester you can find the best station for you.
